Disclaimer Jennifer A. Valice joins Zausmer, Kaufman, August & Caldwell after more than eight years of practice with Allstate Insurance Company. Ms. Valice was recruited by the Firm because of her expertise in insurance issues coupled with her significant trial experience. Ms. Valice is experienced in all aspects of insurance defense litigation. While at Allstate she focused her practice on first and third-party automobile cases, premises liability and various coverage issues. By the time of her departure from Allstate, Ms. Valice was the primary attorney in Allstate's Litigation Fraud Unit. In this capacity she worked closely with local police and fire departments throughout the State of Michigan. Ms. Valice is well known in courthouses throughout Michigan. In just over eight years of practice, Ms. Valice has tried over 40 cases to final jury verdict. Over the course of her career, her excellent reputation has lead to her appointment as an arbitrator on countless matters.
