James C. Wright joined Zausmer, Kaufman, August, Caldwell & Tayler, P.C. in August of 2009. His practice is focused on the defense of first and third party auto claims. Mr. Wright earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, and graduated from Michigan State University - College of Law in May 2004. Mr. Wright has gained extensive experience in the defense of claims involving first and third party auto, premises liability, toxic torts, construction site accidents, defamation, insurance agent error and omissions, insurance coverage disputes and equine liability. Mr. Wright also has extensive appellate experience, having handled numerous cases in both the Michigan Court of Appeals, and the Michigan Supreme Court.
Mr. Wright has been admitted to practice in the State of Michigan since November of 2004, and in the State of Ohio since November of 2006. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan
