Andrea M. Johnson focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment law, general litigation, product liability, medical malpractice, and municipal law.
Working closely with business, corporate and municipal clients, Ms. Johnson ensures their compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination laws, as well as regulatory compliance with wage and hour laws. She also advises clients regarding all areas of the employment relationship such as the hiring, discipline, and termination of employees. She has additional experience in the area of premises liability, products liability, general litigation, medical malpractice, and municipal litigation.
